Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hack Your Life Coaching & Consulting, we are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience and ask that clients honor the time, energy, and preparation invested in each session and program.

Coaching Programs & Services

Due to the nature of coaching services, all coaching program purchases are generally non-refundable once services have begun or materials have been accessed.

If a client chooses to discontinue participation before completing their program, any request for a refund of unused sessions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be issued for unused services only and may be subject to an administrative fee.

Session Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise approved by Coach Latasha Randle.

Digital Products & Self-Guided Experiences

Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, worksheets, videos, assessments, and self-guided programs, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagement deposits are non-refundable and serve to reserve the requested date and time.

Any cancellation or rescheduling requests for speaking engagements will be governed by the terms outlined in the signed speaking agreement.
